If you are a Senior Account Director who works best on large, complex accounts in a truly client partnered team structure- this is the dream role for you.

Our client is one of London’s most popular integrated marketing and med comms agencies. With a reputation for doing scientifically robust and at the same time creatively exciting work- they continue to enjoy remarkable staff and client retention .

As a result they are looking for an established Senior Account Director to lead on one of the agency’s most important, multi-million revenue accounts. Working on multiple brands in global, US and UK regions- you will be fluent in providing a synergistic, strategic oversight of multifaceted ,multi-region accounts giving your client confidence in your leadership style.

Each brand will have its own team of account handlers to Account Director level so you must have existing experience of line managing up to Account Director level.

As your relationship will extend as a part of the client marketing team you must be willing to get  involved in execution and hands on delivery from time to time as well.

This is a friendly and dynamic agency and to thrive here you need to demonstrate genuine leadership qualities. You will have experience of achieving big results, being proactive with a track record of running large client accounts and nurturing and growing teams.
