Due to continued growth my client is looking for an established Senior Account Director- or an Account Director ready to make that step up. You will have sufficient healthcare advertising agency experience with the gravitas that comes with such a profile. You will be relied on both internally by your accounts team as well as creative, leadership and strategy- and also externally by clients, partner agencies as well as medical points of client contacts.

You will have an eye for opportunity but also an eye for business that aligns with company values. You will have the confidence to gently challenge clients when needed and to manage internal agency relations with empathy and diplomacy.
