This is a pivotal role in a specialist Learning and Development pillar where creativity meets high science. My client is looking for an experienced senior instructional designer to join their small but established team. You will already have experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry and be skilled in medical writing, adult learning theory, behavioural psychology and the design of learning experiences that are effective and impactful.
You will work closely in a collaborative culture with medical writers, client services, design and creative as well as digital to create compelling, visually extraordinary, scientifically robust blended learning.
