They are looking for an Account Director to step into a new role created by organic growth- and in order to sustain and maintain that growth- will expect this Account Director to help nurture and manage existing business. Ranging from patient centric strategy in collaboration with PAGs to digital activation and commercial asset development- to complex medical affairs and publications strategy- there is huge scope to learn and partner closely with well-established and trusting clients.

This agency prides itself on their thorough recruitment processes and you will be joining a team with excellent support to line manage and a talented scientific services team to collaborate with.

You must be an existing Medical Affairs Account Director with agency experience. Combined commercial experience would be the cherry on top but medical affairs is critical. Excellent career progression, strong team and wonderful senior leadership to learn from.
