Who we are

Richard opened Chemistry Search & Selection in 2006 after 12 years as a healthcare PR and Medical Education practitioner. He has worked for a number of different specialist healthcare communications agencies and has exceptional contacts within both the agency world and the pharmaceutical industry.

Before opening Chemistry Search & Selection Richard was Managing Director of Burson-Marsteller's London Healthcare practice and was responsible for the company's recruitment programme. Prior to this Richard worked for Adelphi Communications as a Senior Director. Richard brings a fresh way of looking at healthcare recruitment based on his exceptional knowledge of the healthcare communications sector.

Richard is an affiliate member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and therefore upholds the REC Code of Ethics.
