Richard Rockliffe
Director
Richard founded Chemistry Search & Selection in 2006 after 12 years as a healthcare PR and medical education practitioner. He has worked for a number of different specialist healthcare communications agencies and has exceptional contacts within both the agency world and the pharmaceutical industry.
Before opening Chemistry Search & Selection Richard was Managing Director of Burson-Marsteller's London Healthcare practice and was responsible for the company’s recruitment programme. Prior to this Richard worked for Adelphi Communications as a Senior Director. Richard brings a fresh way of looking at healthcare recruitment based on his exceptional knowledge of the healthcare communications sector.
Gina Z Ali
Principal Consultant
Gina has worked in recruitment since 2000 and has specialised in healthcare PR, advertising and medical education recruitment since 2003. From small, independent agencies to major network agencies, Gina has recruited for a diversity of clients on a breadth of roles from Graduate to Board level.
Gina’s passion and knowledge of the healthcare recruitment industry has led to relationships with some of the most exciting agencies in the market, providing her clients with a personalised and highly efficient contact and her candidates exclusive access to an exciting pool of opportunities. Demonstrating a sensitivity to the needs of candidates in a rapidly changing and increasingly challenging market, she has experience of placing some of the most talented personnel in the industry, be that at entry or Director level.
Suzanne Kelly
Principal Consultant
Suzanne joined Chemistry Search & Selection in June 2011 after nearly three years in healthcare communications recruitment as head of practice at VMA Group. Prior to her move into recruitment Suzanne spent more than 20 years in a number of healthcare sectors including consumer health, pharma and ethical PR, both in agency and in-house.
Her former roles include Business Unit Head at OgilvyHealth PR, Associate Director at Hill & Knowlton and Communications Manager for BUPA Hospitals. Given her extensive agency and in house experience Suzanne is adept at recruiting right across the healthcare comms market. Her broad network of contacts also allows her to keep very close to the market to assess trends, opportunities and challenges.
