Our client is a long-standing and highly respected mid-sized healthcare consulting firm specialising in market access, risk management and organisational effectiveness.  They work with top 10 global Pharmaceutical companies and have a real passion for their work.

Due to continued new business wins they are now looking for a Senior Consultant to play a leading role in managing their market access and value communications strategy and implementation projects. As a part of their growing Market Access practice, this role will provide significant growth potential and scope to be involved in the full spectrum of their market access work.

The right candidate will understand the current challenges facing the industry with regards to European market access, pricing and reimbursement and will bring several years’ experience of working in market access and specifically payer value communications, probably from a previous role in a consultancy or agency. Payer value communications experience might include either technical or more commercially oriented outputs.

They are looking for adaptable candidates keen to develop their careers to the next stage and who will enjoy contributing to an innovative culture.

Key competencies for the role include an ability to engage clients and lead project delivery (including managing Analysts on your team), structured thinking and analysis, excellent writing and presentation skills with a demonstrable track record of clearly conveying complex information from scientific literature and other sources, research and analysis skills including the ability to interview key external stakeholders.
