A fantastic opportunity to join this leading integrated medical communications agency. The role is to lead the agencies measurement and optimisation capabilities across advertising, clinical trial recruitment, medical communications and public relations.

You will be managing the central measurement and optimisation team to deliver the highest quality service to internal and external clients, and grow their services and capabilities by managing and supporting a team of +3 data analytics specialists.

The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience from within a marketing/communications agency. Some experience of multichannel marketing and analytics within the pharma industry is required, along with experience of evaluating attitude/behaviour change resulting from communications activities.

You must have high level of proficiency in multiple marketing analytics tools, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick for Advertisers, AdWords, Veeva/Salesforce, Tableau, QlikSense
